MEDICAL PLAN CHOICES
Chartway's health care benefits are fully insured. We offer two different networks, a Preferred Provider (PPO) network or an HMO network. Coverage is available for full- and part-time employees at three levels: Employee Only, Employee + 1 Child, and Employee + Family.
DENTAL PLAN CHOICES
Chartway's dental care benefits are fully insured. We offer the choice of a Basic or Comprehensive plan for full-and part-time employees.
VISION CARE
Supplemental network based vison care is offered to full-and part-time employees.
DISABILITY BENEFITS
- Short Term Disability (STD)
This Chartway paid benefit is available to all full-time employees in the event you are unable to work due to illness or injury.
- Long Term Disability (LTD)
To protect you in the event of an extended illness or injury this benefit is available to full-time employees.
PAID TIME OFF
Chartway provides full-and part-time employees with Paid Time Off (PTO). All vacation, illness, and personal leave has been combined into one program. Full-time employees may buy and sell up to one week of PTO annually.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
Full-and part-time employees can set up any of the following flexible spending accounts to claim reimbursement for eligible expenses.

- Adoption Assistance Account
LIFE INSURANCE
- Basic- This Chartway paid benefit is provided to all full- and part-time employees. In the event of your death, you are automatically covered by term life insurance for two times your annual earnings.
- Supplemental Life Insurance
Full- and part-time employees may choose supplemental term coverage in increments of 1, 2, or 3 times your annual salary.
- Dependent Life- This insurance provides coverage for your spouse and/or children in the event of their death.
401K PLAN
Full- and part-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan if you are 20 1/2 years of age or older and have completed 90 days of employment. Chartway will make contributions on your behalf. (Some restrictions apply.)
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
All full- and part-time employees are eligible to receive tuition reimbursement after six months of employment. Chartway will pay up to 100% of the cost of tuition and books for approved courses.
IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROGRAM
Training for new employees begins the first Monday of every month, unless it’s a holiday. Training includes New Employee Orientation, Introduction to Products and Services, and position specific training for all our Retail positions. Chartway’s training program is a full day, paid training program that runs Monday thru Friday.
